CANDIDATE ( Passive or Active)? Deciding if you are an active or passive candidate is the first step in your next career move. The next step is registering in our portal and submitting your resume to apply for a Government Contracting job. You can submit your resume against a specific opportunity (posting) or you can submit your resume against a general posting. Our process is highly automated so you won’t wait days for a response. Some postings will ask you supplemental questions. These postings have very defined parameters and will generate messages after the tool has evaluated your responses – so you will have a response in a few minutes to a few hours. Other postings require a human to perform the evaluation and it will take a few days but you will get a response.
